CHANEL’s Fragrance & Beauty division upholds Mademoiselle Chanel’s pledge to reveal the beauty of each woman in her most unique form through her fragrance, make-up and skincare products.

The European F&B distribution is deeply transforming with the scaling-up of our own retail, the development of digital and the need for seamless omnichannel customer journeys making it even more crucial to manage our end-to-end processes with agility and efficiency.

The Regional Fragrance & Beauty Operations team leads transformational projects across forecasting, supply chain, operational efficiency in-store and across the value chain, digital & IT transformation. They provide tools, processes, guidance and support to all markets to build future-proof omnichannel and sustainable operations across our network.

What impact you can create at Chanel ?

·  You contribute to financial health via optimised product allocations between our markets & by priorizing our owned retail networks.
·  You contribute to supply community engagement & understanding by giving visibility on our arbitration processes & allocations.
·  You contribute to continuous improvement of our supply by providing deep & transversal analysis on our stock issues & by proposing action plans & processes to enhance our availability rate in point of sales.

·  Collaborating with markets and division to define the adequate supply strategy (short & mid-term) in order to maximise business potential in line with business priorities.
·  Proposing areas for improvement within supply & forecasting processes.
