Job description

JOB MISSION:
· The position combines senior-level executive assistance with exposure to strategic planning and business project coordination, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of key initiatives and leadership processes.
Executive & Leadership Support
· Provide comprehensive executive assistance to the GM, with a strong focus on complex meeting and agenda management.
· Manage end-to-end meeting arrangements for division-level, regional, and global meetings, including scheduling across time zones, agenda coordination, materials preparation, and follow-up.
· Anticipate the GM’s needs with a high level of discretion and consideration; proactively offer options, identify potential issues, and propose practical/ creative solutions to ensure effective execution.
· Act as a reliable coordination point between the GM and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication.
· Support preparation for leadership meetings by organizing inputs, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring readiness of materials.
Business & Strategic Planning Support
· Support consolidation of raw data and inputs across functions and domains, particularly during key cycles such as annual budgeting, ongoing business initiatives, and major leadership reviews.
· Assist in the coordination and tracking of cross-functional business projects, including meeting organization, timeline updates, and follow-up on action items.
· Contribute to the preparation of presentations and materials for senior leadership discussions, ensuring clarity, structure, and accuracy.
· Apply a data-sensitive and detail-oriented approach when handling business information; support basic data analysis and synthesis as needed.
· Partner with relevant teams to help maintain momentum and visibility on strategic initiatives through structured tracking and documentation.
Person Specifications:
Academic / Professional Qualifications
· University Degree and above
Work Experience & Competencies
· Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leaders, with service mindset.
· Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence working with regional and global stakeholders.
· Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
· Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; able to structure information clearly and professionally.
· Basic data analysis capability or strong potential to develop in this area; highly attentive to detail and accuracy.
