Key Responsibilities

·  Deliver training to cultivate a customer-centric mindset and enhance BAs’ selling skills.
·  Review, translate and localize the training materials to align with local market needs.
·  Maintain / Update training material for BA Sales and service based on the information given by head office & regional office.
·  Deliver high-quality training that aligns with brand image and standards.
·  Integrate the result of followings into training and coaching solutions: Customer satisfaction survey, Mystery shopper program
