Job description

I . BUSINESS CONTEXT

• Jewelry No. 2 brand equity but threatened by aggressive competitors.
• Watch image needs to build more credibility and relevancy.
• Local and mature market with high elite contribution
• Need to enhance social media influence

II. FUTURE STAKES

• Optimize POE investment to build story points of views to win TOM.
• A house view to create focused impact, harmonize a house calendar, not noise across divisions.
• Build the WFJ communications métier capabilities for the future
• Stronger partnership and Ensures regular dialogue with stakeholders (local, regional and global) to review strategic proposals / broader communication planning issues and agree on solutions.

III. RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

(1) Support and assist Public Relations Manager – WFJ for the duties of brand Communications function for Fashion division to achieve annual goal setting, targets and objectives.
(2) Maintain rapport relationship with the press and achieve publicity / exposure targets and objectives
(3) Execute the PR plan and monitor spending (vs budget) of WFJ
(4) Media/Press relations
• Develop close relationships with all relevant media in Taiwan.
• Co-up with FBP & Fashion PR division to create one house synergy to achieved goal.
• Work with PR manager on overall execution and coherence with communications plan;
• Coordinate with Chanel Regional/Global team regarding press tools order
• Support local event team for events execution
• To respond to all media requests, including photo shootings, etc.
• To be responsible for monthly clipping, PR related reports and exposure analysis

(5) Influence relations

• Work with PR Manager to build annual influencer plans to create quality content and drive social visibility
• Support PR manager to build and develop influencers’ relationship.
• Lead agency partner to build rapport relationship with influencers of CHANEL community

I V. ROLE-SPECIFIC BUSINESS SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Fluent in both Chinese and English ability
• Good writing/editing will be a plus
• At least 3-4 years of solid PR experiences in a communications environment.

          With working experience in W&FJ industry will be a plus

• Sense of aesthetic (appreciation for beauty, luxury and art)
• Experience in public relations is preferred
