Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Position Description: We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Define QA strategy and test plans. Lead QA execution and teams. Manage defect triage and resolution. Coordinate with development and business teams. Provide release sign‑off
• QA leadership in BI programs. Test governance & planning. Stakeholder management.
• Lead and manage the QA team across multiple projects.
• Define and implement QA strategies, processes, and best practices.
• Review business and technical requirements to ensure testability and quality coverage.
• Prepare test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• Coordinate functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing activities.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must-Have Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience in -Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, API Testing, Automation Testing
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit
• Experience with API testing tools: Postman, REST Assured
Good-to-Have Skills:
• Knowledge of defect management and test management tools: JIRA, Azure DevOps, TestRail, ALM/QC
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.
• Basic SQL/database validation skills.
