Position Description:

CGI is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment activities and support the organization's talent growth strategy. This role partners closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, assess, and secure high-quality talent across a variety of functions and levels.

The ideal candidate combines strong recruitment expertise with a consultative approach, using market insights, data, and relationship-building skills to deliver effective hiring solutions and an exceptional candidate experience.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from role briefing and sourcing strategy through offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business objectives, workforce needs, and role requirements.
• Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels.
• Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, market trends, and candidate availability.
• Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring timely communication and a seamless candidate experience.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and leverage data to improve hiring outcomes and process efficiency.
• Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organization's position in the talent market.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment legislation, internal policies, and diversity and inclusion objectives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, executive search, or staffing.
• Proven success managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles and stakeholder groups.
• Strong sourcing capabilities, including direct search and talent mapping.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment technologies.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
