Technical Business Analyst – Infor M3 (CloudSuite Industrial)

Position Description:

The Technical Business Analyst specializing in Infor M3 – CloudSuite Industrial acts as a key liaison between business needs and technological solutions. This role supports clients in analyzing, designing, configuring, and implementing Infor M3 solutions, ensuring alignment between business processes, functional requirements, and the technical capabilities of the CloudSuite Industrial platform.The analyst plays a central role in implementation, enhancement, integration, and optimization projects, working closely with functional teams, technical experts, and business stakeholders.
 
Responsibilities
- Analyze client business processes (manufacturing, distribution, finance, supply chain, etc.) and identify optimization opportunities within Infor M3.
- Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Design Infor M3 solutions aligned with CloudSuite Industrial best practices and technical constraints.
- Participate in solution configuration, integrations, and extensions (APIs, Infor OS, ION, workflows, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and functional consultants.
- Support testing phases (unit, integration, UAT) and assist users during deployment.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Provide post‑implementation support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Produce and maintain functional and technical documentation.
 
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong knowledge of Infor M3 (finance, logistics, production modules, etc.).
- Good understanding of Cloud architectures and the Infor ecosystem (Infor OS, ION, APIs, Mongoose – depending on context).
- Ability to understand and document integrations and data flows.
- Knowledge of testing and deployment methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Autonomy, rigor, and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a project context.
- Strong collaboration mindset and client‑oriented approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Significant experience as a business analyst or functional/technical analyst.
- Demonstrated experience with Infor M3 and CloudSuite Industrial (major asset).
- Experience working in manufacturing or distribution environments.
- Infor M3 or CloudSuite Industrial certification.
- Experience in consulting environments.
- Knowledge of Agile or hybrid methodologies.
- Bilingual French/English.
