CGI is looking for a Learning Consultant to join our global Digital & Professional Skills Institute within the Talent, Culture & Learning Centre of Expertise.

You will help design and deliver enterprise mandatory learning programs covering areas such as security, privacy, ethics and legal compliance. Working at the intersection of learning, technology and business, you will transform complex subject matter into modern, engaging and scalable digital learning experiences.

This hands-on role is ideal for someone with strong instructional design expertise who enjoys developing learning solutions, creating storyboards, using digital learning tools and collaborating with subject matter experts and global stakeholders.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Design and develop digital and blended learning solutions for enterprise mandatory learning programs.
• Translate business and SME requirements into learning objectives, storyboards and engaging learning experiences.
• Apply adult learning principles and methodologies such as ADDIE or SAM.
• Use Articulate and other learning technologies to design, review and enhance digital content.
• Review deliverables from internal and external development teams to ensure learning quality and alignment with requirements.
• Collaborate with legal, security and other SMEs to transform complex information into effective learning.
• Coordinate projects across internal teams, vendors and global stakeholders, including reviews, UAT and multilingual deployment.
• Support learning integration within enterprise LMS environments and applicable SCORM/xAPI standards.
• Use learning metrics and learner feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Introduce new ideas, technologies and practices to improve mandatory learning and the learner experience.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Professional Learning & Development experience with a strong focus on instructional design and digital learning.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline and/or Articulate 360.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience creating storyboards and translating complex requirements into effective learning solutions.
• Experience with digital learning technologies and LMS environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage changing requirements and timelines.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a project-based, global environment.
• Fluency in English is required.

Assets
• French language skills are strongly preferred.
• Mandatory, compliance, legal, privacy, ethics or security learning experience.
• RISE, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud, Vyond or similar tools.
• UX or user-centred design knowledge.
• Experience with SCORM, AICC, xAPI and enterprise LMS platforms.
• Learning analytics and evaluation experience.
• Experience working across multiple geographies and cultures.
• Education or certification in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Educational Technology or a related field.

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,000–$110,000. This role is an existing vacancy.
