We are now looking for a new member to join our energetic, ambitious and cheerful recruitment team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist .

In this role you will be responsible for recruitment activities of designated business units. You will consult and support our hiring managers throughout the recruitment process from job advertisements to screening and sourcing candidates. You will use your expertise to identify and attract the top talent for different business and industry needs. You will also work on a strategic level, helping to identify in-demand talent profiles and strategies on how to fill the hiring targets.

As a part of our recruitment team you will build and develop our employer brand and take care of different recruitment campaigns. You will also attend and coordinate career fairs and student excursions. In addition to local teammates, you will be a part of Northern European team of recruiters and share best practices with colleagues in seven other CGI countries.

You will be working at our Finnish headquarter in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki.

We are looking for you who have…

• A minimum of one year of experience in recruiting and employer branding
• Understanding the Finnish IT labor market and experience in recruiting technical talents
• Innovative and solution-oriented approach
• Service-minded attitude and great interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization
• Good communication skills both in Finnish and in English

And we don´t mind if you have:
• Experience from different sourcing tools, preferably LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience in different recruitment methods, cold calling and direct sourcing
• Experience and interest in university/UAS collaboration
• Previous participation in student associations
