Systems Analyst - Oracle Documaker Developer

Position Description:
This role is hybrid and requires you to be in our downtown Toronto office 2-3 times per week - subject to change at any time.
CGI is looking for document automation specialist experienced in Oracle Documaker Studio to automate document creation for our Life Insurance client in Toronto, Canada. The Oracle Documaker developer will be responsible for creating, managing and delivering customized documents of Insurance processes such as contracts, statements, letters and other forms of correspondence using Oracle Documaker Studio. The candidate must be self-motivated and passionate about leveraging latest capabilities of ODEE and thrive in an organization with desire for teamwork, client satisfaction, and changing things for the better. Experience in Documaker version upgrade would be added advantage.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Work directly with client project team to capture and clarify requirements of documents to be automated
• Design, create and configure forms using various features of Oracle Documaker Studio in Development region using DAL.
• Promote the changes to higher environment, provide demo and testing support.
• Receive sign-off from various stakeholders and implement the changes to production and provide warranty support.
• Prepare documentation of changes done and provide knowledge transition to support team
• Guide other team members during project activities as required.
• Provide off-shift production support when needed
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• At least 4 years of overall IT experience with minimum of 2 years experience in Oracle DocuMaker Enterprise Edition 10x/11x/12x and related Technologies (Enterprise Document Automation/ Generation Engine)
• Strong experience in Forms design and development experience using oracle documaker studio

- Group manager Form/List manager
- Image manager/Sections manager
- Logo manager/Graphics manager
- Script manager/Trigger manager
- Tables/Lookups
- Form Manager
• Expertise in writing DAL scripts, triggers, and rules
• Implement data mapping using ACORD XML models/TransAll and setup Documaker files
• Practical experience in setting up of both real-time and batch process
• Database: SQLServer/Oracle; Applications Servers: WebLogic
• Good to have knowledge of Insurance and Financial services domain
