Position Description:

The Onshore Delivery Center Lead will reside in the Belton, Texas community and be responsible for Business Development, Operations, Workforce Development and Education Engagement, and Business Community Engagement.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

CGI Growth/Business Development Results:
• Responsible for supporting all aspects of how the Belton Center can plug into the Business Development life cycle in partnership with CGI account teams. This includes areas such as solution definition and formulation (e.g. strategy, win themes, value proposition definition, talent strategy, technology components, and cost estimation inputs).
• Leverage all aspects of Belton ecosystem and partnerships (public, non-profit, and commercial) at a state and local level to create, define and position these solutions for CGI and our clients.

Oversee operations for the Belton Center focusing on:
• Provide leadership for team members responsible for the quality execution of end-to-end office activities, including requisition forms, office space layout, and internal coordination of cross-departmental tasks.
• Timely and accurate progress and metric reporting as needed to support the overall U.S. Center program
• Provide best practices back into the U.S. Center program; Apply best practices from other centers within Belton
• Facilitate collaboration across centers to assist CGI in realizing benefits across all centers
• Define, establish, and reinforce Belton Onshore Delivery Center identity.
• Support and champion CSR, Social Club, and Member engagement events across the center
• Accurate and timely reporting of progress to all partner entities (if/when applicable)
• Identify and maximize use of new and existing economic development incentives and partnerships in order to drive growth and increase value the center brings to CGI.

Workforce Development and Education Engagement: Identify and partner with local/regional organizations, universities, community colleges and other partners in a manner that supports talent acquisition and planning strategy of CGI account teams.

Business Community Engagement: Become a member in one or more local, regional, or state level chamber or business-led organization that is focused on advancing a strategy of community/state initiatives that align with CGI's interest in that geography such as workforce development

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Demonstrated experience with all aspects of the of the Business Development life cycle (e.g. strategy, win themes, value proposition definition, talent acquisition strategy, technology components, and pricing). This is key to being able to drive partnerships and community engagement towards results
• Previous experience in a client facing engagement for a consulting organization
• Excellent written, communication, speaking, and negotiation skills.
• High level of emotional intelligence is required to engage in multi-stakeholder environments simultaneously and navigate the competing constraints of these stakeholders.
• A passion and demonstrated activity in community engagement topics or initiatives.
• Working knowledge of board governance models and operating frameworks (within chambers, non-profit, or other ad-hoc task force activities).
• Demonstrated experience in team building, team leadership/management, and project management competencies. Member will create an environment that empowers members within the community to engage with local organizations of all types.
• Foundational knowledge of community institutions within the Belton community (or demonstrated knowledge of similar patterns in a previous community).
• Due to the nature of this government contract, US Citizenship is required.
• Experience In Facilities Management a plus.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $77,200.00 - $190,100.00.
