Position Description:
The Junior Finance and Admin Analyst is responsible in analyzing financial status by collecting, monitoring, and studying data, recommending actions. They will also be responsible in determining cost of operations by establishing standard costs, collecting operational data and identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Provide Operations support e.g. Administrative Reporting, Data extraction, Quality of Data/Report, Improvements/Automation and other administrative reports.
• Generate high-quality reports on a daily, weekly, monthly or yearly basis as may be required by the Project Managers and S/BU clients.
• Prepare and participate in the project review meetings as necessary.
• Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, requests and ad hoc projects.
• Suggest or create Process Service Improvement and share best practices.
• Perform other functions as may be required by the Operational Lead and/or Service Delivery Manager.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Bachelor's degree of any business-related course, preferably Finance-related.
• Preferably with knowledge on different Project Management or Project Control Office (PMO/PCO) activities such as Financial Analysis, Delivery Assurance and other Administrative tasks
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills and keen attention to details
• Action-oriented and ability to assume ownership of requests/problems
• Customer-oriented (Know your customers well; add value with a level of urgency)
• Must have basic to advance knowledge in MS Applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Willing to work on shifting assignments and hybrid working arrangement (Mckinley, Taguig)
