Position Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft’s Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents). You’ll work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to turn complex business requirements into scalable, user-friendly applications, automations, and insights.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain custom business applications using Power Apps.
• Automate business processes using Power Automate (Flow), integrating with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and other services.
• Create and publish interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Build and deploy chatbots using Power Virtual Agents, as needed.
• Integrate Power Platform apps with external data sources such as SQL Server, SharePoint, Dataverse, and third-party APIs.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure best practices for performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Lead solution architecture discussions and technical implementation planning.
• Stay up-to-date with Microsoft’s Power Platform ecosystem and recommend improvements or innovations.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• 8+ years in Microsoft development, with at least 4 years in Power Platform.
• Deep knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Strong experience in Dataverse, SharePoint, and API integrations.
• Familiarity with Power Fx, JavaScript, and RESTful services.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile or DevOps environments
Nice to Have:
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, PL-600).
• RPA experience (Power Automate Desktop).
• Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Functions, or AI Builder.
• Understanding of governance, security, and lifecycle management in Power Platform.
