Your future duties and responsibilities:
. Support marketing initiatives within the Financial Services practice by assisting in the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns aligned to business objectives.
. Assist in the development of marketing materials including presentations, collateral, client success stories, brochures, proposals, email campaigns, and digital content using PowerPoint, Word, and other marketing tools.
. Conduct market research and competitive analysis and SWOT assessments to identify industry trends, client needs, and opportunities within banking, insurance, and capital markets.
. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, business consultants, and practice leaders) to support go-to-market strategies and client-facing initiatives.
. Assist with content management for internal and external channels, including websites, social media platforms, and internal communications.
. Support event marketing activities such as webinars, conferences, and client events, including logistics, communications, and post-event reporting.
. Collaborate with the Internal Communications team and External Communications team to execute effective MarCom plans that raise awareness and enable business development
. Assist with preparing for executive meetings, industry events, and conferences to help ensure a strong client experience.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
. Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Finance, or a related field.
. Strong interest in marketing within the Financial Services industry (banking, insurance, wealth management, or capital markets).
. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience creating reports and presentations.
. Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team environment.
. Experience with digital marketing platforms, social media, or marketing analytics tools is an asset.
. Understanding of financial services, banking or insurance industry concepts is considered a strong asset
CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $18-32/hour. This role is an existing vacancy.
