This role focuses on analyzing and improving system workflows, enabling data-driven decision-making, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with finance, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements, define system capabilities, and translate needs into scalable, high-impact solutions. Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• 5+ years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role
• Strong experience with SQL and data analysis for system validation and reporting
• Working knowledge of Python or similar scripting languages for automation and data handling
• Solid understanding of system architecture, integrations, and data flow design
• Experience working with reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
• Familiarity with data engineering concepts such as ETL processes and data pipelines
• Proven experience operating in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe, or similar)
• Prior experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE), Scrum Master, or Agile Program Lead is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of SAFe principles, including PI planning, dependency management, and program execution
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams
Preferred / Additional Experience:
• Experience serving as a Release Train Engineer (RTE), Scrum Master, or similar Agile leadership role
• Strong understanding of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles, Program Increment (PI) planning, and Agile ceremonies
• Experience facilitating cross-team coordination, dependency management, and risk mitigation in large-scale programs
• Ability to drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, metrics, and Agile best practices
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
• Experience aligning data and analytics initiatives with broader program and business objectives
