Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Position Description: We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to facilitate Agile development processes and ensure the effective implementation of Scrum practices. The Scrum Master will work closely with cross-functional teams to remove impediments, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Serve as a Scrum Master for multiple teams across the program, as required
• Experience working in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environments
• Assist in overall program/project planning, ensuring cross-team dependencies are identified and tracked
• Identify, document, and communicate risks and issues, and define mitigation/resolution strategies
• Resolve cross-team impediments and manage blocking issues effectively
• Consolidate and report cross-team delivery status to stakeholders and executive management
• Schedule and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies in line with best practices
• Coach delivery teams to become self-organizing and cross-functional
• Support and guide Product Owners on Scrum practices and Agile product management techniques
• Educate stakeholders outside the Scrum team on effective collaboration practices
• Facilitate team progress toward sprint and program goals
• Remove impediments that hinder team performance and delivery
• Encourage continuous learning, improvement, and team development
• Drive and enhance transparency across teams and the organization
• Demonstrate strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must-Have Skills:
 10+ years of overall IT / software project management experience
 Experience in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is required
 Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Scrum Master
 Agile/Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) required
 Strong ability to exemplify and promote Agile values and principles
 In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
 Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model

Good-to-Have Skills:
• Exposure to Banking- Payments domain is an added
• Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams
