Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Position Description: The Production Support Analyst is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting production systems to ensure high availability and performance. This role involves troubleshooting issues, responding to incidents, and working closely with development and operations teams to resolve problems efficiently.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

* Expected to analyze business requirements, problems and deliver quality technical solutions by following SDLC lifecycle.
* Handles complex problems independently and demonstrates analytical thinking.
* Understand existing application flow with high accuracy and suggest test plan during migration of the application on newer platform.
* Provide technical support during QA & UAT phases.
* Can prepare production implementation plan and provide post-implementation support.
* Application Knowledge on BESS would be an added advantage.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

•Fundamental knowledge on HPE OS systems and its hardware
•Nonstop Pathway concepts, COBOL, SCOBOL, TAL (good to have)
•FUP, SCUP,DDL, Enform, Enscribe, SQL/MP, Escort (good to have)
•TACL scripting, Netbatch
•Software Configuration Management (SCM) solutions for HPE Nonstop servers, such as RMS and Primecode
•MQ, Guardian utilities
•BATCHCOM, setting up calendar jobs
