Your future duties and responsibilities:

The developer will focus on optimizing the performance of an existing Python solution, identifying bottlenecks and improving runtime for compute-intensive processes. They will also work on data analysis and validation of planning models and contribute to the development of a dashboard-based Planning Tool. The role includes building data validation workflows, status and notification features, and visualizations of planning results.

·  Optimize Python/NumPy workloads and improve runtime performance

·  Identify and resolve Python performance bottlenecks

·  Analyze and validate data and statistical models

·  Develop dashboard and planning tool functionality

·  Build automated data processing and validation workflows

·  Develop and maintain automated tests

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

·  5+ years of professional Python development experience

·  Strong hands-on experience with Python and NumPy

·  Experience with Numba (njit) and performance optimization

·  Good understanding of CPython performance and interpreter overhead

·  Strong experience with pytest, Git and pandas

·  Knowledge of data analysis and visualization

·  Experience with Dash, Streamlit or similar frameworks is an advantage

·  Experience with Ray, Optuna or similar tools is beneficial

·  Strong English communication skills
