Position Description:

JD:Location: Bangalore (work from DTICI Whitefield Office)
We are looking for a Data Scientist to transform raw data into actionable business insights. In this role, you will design and build machine learning models, uncover hidden patterns, and build predictive systems to help optimize our product and business strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Model Development: Design, train, and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms (regression, classification, clustering, NLP).
Data Analysis: Clean, preprocess, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends and patterns.
A/B Testing: Design and execute statistical experiments to validate new product features and business strategies.
Data Pipelines: Collaborate with Data Engineers to optimize data ingestion and storage pipelines.
Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for non technical stakeholders through dashboards and reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Core Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit Learn) or R.
SQL & Databases: Expert level in writing complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
ML Frameworks: Experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or XGBoost.
Visualization: Hands on experience with tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Seaborn/Matplotlib.
Statistics: Strong foundation in statistical analysis, probability, and hypothesis testing.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
Nice to Haves
Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Knowledge of deploying models via Docker or APIs (FastAPI/Flask).
