Developer Skills Set:
General

. Senior level development experience with .NET, C#, TypeScript and RxJs;
. Senior level Azure experience
. Azure CI/CD Pipeline, knows how to setup and maintaining yaml pipelines
. Scrum experience
. Version control with Git
. Fluently written and spoken English

Azure
Mandatory expertise:

. Microsoft certificate: AZ 204 Developing solutions for Microsoft Azure
. Troubleshooting with Azure Application Insights
. Implemented technical solutions with storage accounts
. Implemented solutions with Azure Services Bus
. Knows how to implement Azure Functions
. Knows how to implement containerized solutions which docker and Azure Container Registry
. Using Azure Key Vault
. App Registrations
. Microsoft Entra ID (AD)

Optional

. MS Graph API
. Azure Identity Framework, custom claims provider

Back End

. Mediator + CQRS Pattern or any other domain driven patterns for building Web Api's
. Know how to retrieve data in the best possible way using Entity Framework and T SQL
. Token Based Authentication
. Creating Web API's
. MS Test Unit Testing in combination with NUnit/XUnit
. Dependency Injection
. Containerization with Docker
. Dapr
. Creating NuGet packages
. Knows the concepts of microservices

Front End

. In depth Knowledge of latest Angular version v21 and up) , Patterns, Best practises, creating .npm packages
. NgRx Redux store / Signal store
. Creating structural css with scss
. Jest unit testing
. Knowledge of MSAL

Expected Mindset
Deep specialization in legacy Windows technologies is not required.
A strong senior .NET/Azure developer should be capable of learning the legacy application architecture and technologies as required.
The key expectation is that the developer:

. Is willing to work on both modern and legacy applications
. Does not avoid legacy code simply because it uses older technology
. Can independently investigate and understand unfamiliar systems
. Can troubleshoot before proposing replacement
. Understands the business impact of changes to existing systems
. Makes incremental and low risk improvements
. Can identify opportunities to move appropriate functionality toward modern .NET and Azure services
. Balances modernization objectives with system stability and business continuity
