Senior Consultant - Change Management

Position Description:

We are looking for a Senior Consultant within Change Management to join our Strategic Growth & Innovation team to join our office in Gothenburg or Malmö.
In this role, you will support organizations in turning strategy into reality by enabling people, leadership, and organizations to successfully adopt change, particularly in the context of ERP and enterprise system transformations, digital transformation, AI, and new ways of working.
You will work closely with clients to design and execute change initiatives that are practical, measurable, and anchored in business value, not just communication and training.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

As a Senior Consultant, you will take an active role in both client delivery and capability building, working in close collaboration with colleagues across AI, Design & Innovation, and broader CGI teams.

You will typically:
• Lead or support change management workstreams in ERP and large-scale enterprise system transformations (including both CGI solutions and third-party platforms)
• Design and execute change strategies, impact assessments, and adoption plans
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders, business representatives, and leadership teams
• Drive stakeholder engagement and communication activities across functions and geographies
• Develop and implement training and enablement initiatives, often in structured transformation programs
• Support clients in establishing governance, roles, and ways of working aligned with new systems and processes
• Work closely with business and IT to ensure new solutions are understood, adopted, and embedded in daily operations

What You Will Contribute With
We are looking for someone who combines structured thinking with pragmatic execution, and who understands that successful change is about behavior, not just plans.
You likely bring:
• Experience from consulting or internal transformation roles, ideally including ERP or large system implementations
• A strong understanding of organizational change, transformation, and user adoption in system-driven environments
• Experience working with enterprise system transformations, where new processes, roles, and ways of working are introduced
• The ability to translate strategy into practical, actionable steps in complex programs
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work across disciplines
Experience from global rollouts, multi-country transformations, or complex program environments is highly valued.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Change management frameworks and methodologies
• Stakeholder analysis and engagement
• Communication planning and execution
• Training and capability development (including end-user readiness)
• Facilitation of workshops and co-creation sessions
• Organizational design and ways of working
• Measuring adoption and business impact
• Experience working in structured transformation or implementation methodologies (e.g., ERP programs, large system rollouts, or similar)

Certifications (Beneficial)
While not required, the following certifications are considered strong assets:
• Prosci Change Management Certification
• ADKAR Practitioner Certification
• Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP)
• SAP Activate Certification (or equivalent experience in structured ERP implementations)
• Agile / Scrum certifications (e.g., Scrum Master)
• Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
• SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
