Position Description:

As Director Consulting Services you take end-to-end responsibility for clients, delivery, and operations within our Space unit. You lead and grow your own business, combining commercial leadership, delivery excellence, and team development. In doing so, you contribute to a fast-growing domain with strong societal impact.

Your role in the team
As Director Consulting Services, you are the driving force behind our clients, your team, and the operational activities within the space unit. Together with a team of approximately 15 colleagues, you optimize service delivery, develop new client solutions, and stimulate the growth and development of your team. In CGI we are expert driven teams that are fully responsible for our part of the business, under your leadership.

We are looking for someone who:
• Brings energy to an international environment, working with clients and colleagues”
• Is an entrepreneur, with a strong sense of ownership and a results-driven mindset
• Has proven experience in a commercial role and senior leadership
• Has an established network in the space industry (considered an asset)
• Has experience leading and coaching teams of approximately 15 consultants
• Holds a solid educational background in Information Technology or a related field, or demonstrates an equivalent level through extensive hands-on experience
• Has excellent communication skills in English
• Holds a passport from an EU27 country
• Is willing to work from our headquarters in Rotterdam
• Is willing to undergo a personal security screening
