Position Description:
We are looking for an experienced Quadient CCM / OpenText Communications Developer to design, develop, and maintain customer communication solutions. The candidate will work on document composition, template development, and communication workflows using Quadient Inspire and OpenText Exstream platforms to deliver high-volume, personalized communications.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions using Quadient Inspire and OpenText Exstream
Develop and configure templates, workflows, and document compositions for customer communications (letters, emails, PDFs, etc.)
Perform data mapping, transformation, and integration using XML, JSON, and database queries
Implement dynamic logic using VBScript, JavaScript, or other scripting languages
Generate output formats such as PDF, PostScript, AFP, Word
Integrate CCM solutions with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, APIs, Microservices)
Participate in end-to-end SDLC – requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
Conduct unit testing, QA/UAT support, and debugging to ensure accurate communication outputs
Optimize communication processes for high-volume scalability and performance
Support production issues, incident management, and system enhancements
Maintain proper documentation for templates, configurations, and workflows

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must Have Skills:
Quadient Inspire (Designer, Interactive, Scaler)
OpenText Exstream / OpenText Communications Server
Strong knowledge of:
XML, JSON, data mapping
SQL / DB2 (data extraction & manipulation)
Document composition & variable data printing
Programming/Scripting:
JavaScript, VBScript, Groovy, or similar
Experience with:
APIs, Microservices, system integrations
Version control tools (Git/SVN)
Linux/Windows environments and scripting (Shell/KSH/Bash)

Good to Have:
Experience with other CCM tools (e.g., Oracle Documaker, Xpression)
Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure)
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies
Understanding of ADA compliance and document accessibility
Experience in migration from legacy CCM tools to Quadient/OpenText
