Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Position Description: We’re looking for a Workday Business Application Analyst to join our team in Bangalore

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Roles & Responsibilities – Workday Benefits Consultant
Configure and maintain Workday Benefits modules, including eligibility rules, benefit plans, enrollments, life events, and carrier feeds.
Provide day-to-day support for Benefits administration activities and resolve issues related to enrollments, retroactive changes, and life event processing.
Manage and support Workday HCM Business Processes and Security configurations.
Execute and validate EIB loads for employee and benefits-related data updates, ranging from simple to complex scenarios.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and coordinate resolution of integrations with benefits carriers and third-party vendors.
Handle support tickets and requests through tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow while ensuring timely resolution and SLA adherence.
Create, track, and manage user stories, defects, and enhancement tasks in JIRA.
Develop, modify, and maintain standard and custom Workday reports based on business requirements.
Collaborate with HR, Benefits, Payroll, IT, and external stakeholders to support ongoing operations and enhancements.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute effectively within Agile Pod delivery models.
Support testing activities including unit testing, regression testing, and UAT for benefits-related changes and releases.
Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and process adherence for US and Canada benefits operations.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience performing the following tasks in Workday:
• Workday Benefits configuration (eligibility, plans, enrollments, life events, carrier feeds)
• Benefits administration support and issue resolution (enrollments, retro changes, life events)
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM Business Processes and Security
• Executing EIB loads (simple to complex)
• Monitoring and troubleshooting integrations (benefits carriers/vendors)
• Inbox/ticket management (JIRA, ServiceNow)
• Creating and managing Stories/tasks in JIRA
• Developing and maintaining Workday reports (standard and custom)
Nice to Have:
• Workday Benefits certification
• Experience with benefits compliance (US & Canada)
• Stakeholder management (HR, Benefits, IT)
• Experience working in Agile Pods
