Project Manager (Data Platform Migration)

Position Description:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to coordinate migration activities within the Local Migration Team (LMT) in Poland as part of a large-scale data platform transformation program.
The Project Manager will be responsible for delivery planning, coordination with the Central Migration Team, and stakeholder management at the local level.

Duration: 18–24 months
Job responsibilities:
• Manage local execution of the data platform migration program
• Coordinate delivery activities across the local migration team
• Align the local migration roadmap with the central program roadmap
• Monitor project milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Coordinate migration waves across data domains and systems
• Facilitate communication between:
• Ensure regular reporting to the central program governance (SteerCo)
• Track progress against migration KPIs and timelines
• Support issue resolution and escalation management
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering data platform or data warehouse projects
• Demonstrated experience managing complex IT transformation initiatives in enterprise environments
• Experience coordinating multi-team delivery environments, including cross-functional technical teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
• Experience managing technical projects involving data engineering teams
• Hands-on experience in project delivery within data platform or data warehouse environments
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models
• Familiarity with program governance, delivery reporting, and project oversight
• Strong skills in risk identification, dependency management, and mitigation planning
• Experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams, regions, or countries
