Payment Ops Program Manager (Business)

Position Description:

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Client office at a minimum 2-3 days per week - subject to change at any time. 

 
We are seeking an experienced Payments Program Manager to lead complex, multi-workstream initiatives across North American Treasury and Payment rails, including eTransfer, Wires, ACH, Zelle, and EFT/API integrations. The ideal candidate brings deep payments domain expertise combined with a proven track record of end-to-end program delivery in highly regulated banking environments, with strong command of operational risk, compliance, and cutover management. This role requires the ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams across Technology, Operations, Product, and Risk while safeguarding production stability and meeting SLA commitments. Success will be defined by disciplined execution, seamless integration delivery, and measurable business outcomes tied to capacity, efficiency, and client experience improvements.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage multiple related projects aligned with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
2. Define program scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.
3. Oversee project managers and ensure coordination across cross-functional teams.
4.Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, roadmaps, and schedules.
5. Identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks and dependencies.
6.Monitor program performance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
7.Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and financial tracking.
8. Ensure alignment with governance, compliance, and organizational standards.
9. Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectations effectively.

**CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $115,000–$165,000. This role is an existing vacancy.**
