At CGI, we are looking for a .Net developer L1/L2 Support to work on an international project.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, software engineering, or related fields.
- 3-6 years of experience in full-stack development
- Conversational English (B2 or higher).
- Proficiency in C# and .NET Core
- Experience with various Javascript Frameworks
- Good understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience with SQL and basic database design
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with support activities L1/L2
- Able to monitor the queues
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Availability to occasionally work additional hours (evenings and/or weekends)

Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for improvement in existing integrations or application, optimizing the efficiency, scalability, and performance of workflows.
- Analyze and troubleshoot integration-related issues, providing technical support and ensuring timely incident resolution.
- Work with development, operations, and client teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of implemented integrations and updates, ensuring this knowledge is available to other team members.
- Perform extensive testing to ensure integrations function correctly and error-free before deployment to production.
- Ensure all integrations comply with applicable security standards and regulations, protecting sensitive and confidential data.
- Monitoring queues and application performance
