Position Description:
CGI Federal is seeking an experienced business analyst to join the team of a growing, dynamic program. Specific functions will include, but are not limited to supporting delivery operations, managing the client relationship, and working with team members with a diverse set of experience levels and skillsets. This is a great opportunity to expand your skillset in areas such as Momentum Financials and Acquisitions, client management, and business analysis supporting an agency wide financial and acquisition system. You will contribute to the continued growth of the program by bringing your expertise in support of program delivery, operational excellence, and growth. You will work with an experienced team and mature client relationship to bring innovation, best practices and delivery excellence to the program.
This position is located in our Fairfax, VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
. Support implementation projects across the full development lifecycle including requirements, design, system testing, training, and implementation
. Perform application analysis to review client issues and defects; determining and implementing innovative solution to meet client expectations
. Manage client expectations and estimated delivery dates
. Meet with client stakeholders to understand issues and challenges; identify recommendations
. Participate in client stakeholder meetings
. Ensure the end to end solution is proven to deliver the required business results. Drive adoption of the designed processes and solution use with stakeholders
. Mentor and train junior staff
. Support testing activities including developing test cases and executing testing
. Support business development activities including responses to RFI's and RFPs, supporting system demonstrations and other client stakeholder meetings

Minimum of 3 5 years of Functional/Data Analysis experience

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $62,900.00 $153,300.00.
