Management Analyst III (FBI/OTD/SIU) TOP SECRET REQUIRED

Position Description
CGI Federal is seeking a Management Analyst III to support the FBI/OTD/SIU in Quantico.

The Management Analyst III (MA III) will provide more collaboration and interaction with section and respective unit management and operational personnel, advising on property management matters as a primary Point of Contact (POC). The more interactive requirement may involve the coordination of technical information relevant to equipment management as part of broader, more comprehensive assignments supporting units’ law enforcement needs. The knowledge base of the MA III regarding the execution of accountable/non-accountable/Issued Personal Property/etc. equipment procedures and processes, must be of a degree that allows fluid integration with multiple units’ property management needs, understanding that each respective unit may require nuanced, non-routine support as befits its law enforcement mission. It is possible that work may involve the creation, or assistance in the creation, of new procedures and process as pertains to property management.

• Procedural documentation and dissemination regarding equipment management.
• Technical equipment parameter/specification knowledge.
• Adaptability for the purposes of managing/maintaining/creating/integrating procedural change, equipment reassignment, organizational reorganization, personnel reassignment, etc.
• Communication, collaboration, and cooperation across a diverse organizational skill, status, and educational personnel sets including, but not limited to managerial, technical, administrative, contractual, and professional.

The MA III will be responsible for equipment management, administrative reporting, incoming and outgoing equipment trend analysis and documentation, analyzing unit administrative and logistical needs and processes, specific unit funding item expenditure assessments, and fleet management and maintenance reporting.

Your future duties and responsibilities
- Build and organize Travel kits
- Maintain travel kit equipment
- Test equipment operation upon return from field
- Support yearly inventory
- General lab organization
- Maintain batteries
- Transport equipment to shipping location
- Downloading data from equipment and loading to data storage
- May be required to obtain a SCI clearance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. of materials, equipment, etc.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Equipment Management (acquisition; tracking; end-of-life analysis, cost analysis reporting, and processes; shipping/receiving procedures; technical identification/classification; etc)
• Equipment and Fleet Vehicle use trend analysis and processes across units (On Order reporting; In Transit reporting; equipment type assessment; vehicle maintenance tracking and coordination; etc.)
• Administering to unit personnel needs (FBI Issued Personal Property; supply ordering and distribution; support coordination and documentation; identification of needs; etc.)
• Inventory procedures (intersection/interdivision analysis and research; section and division level processes and support; etc.)
• Computer use (financial management systems; asset management systems and databases; MS Outlook; MS Office; new computer environments and technologies; presentation software; etc.)
• Communication (professionalism and email etiquette; presentation; instructional documentation; environment lexicon knowledge; cross platform language consistency; etc.)

Must successfully pass CGI background investigation
Must be able to obtain a DOJ MRPT clearance
Must have an active Top Secret clearance
