Technical Analyst-Senior/Intermediare

Position Description:

Technical Analyst with strong experience in the banking industry to support ongoing and upcoming initiatives. Familiarity with Mainframe environments is a strong asset. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Role Responsibilities:
-Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and validate requirements
-Analyze existing systems and propose solutions or enhancements aligned with business objectives
-Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure seamless delivery of changes
-Participate in functional and technical documentation (e.g., specifications, mapping documents)
-Support system integration activities and data analysis efforts
-Assist in the design of new features or components within legacy or mainframe-based platforms
-Ensure alignment with banking compliance, risk, and regulatory requirements
-Troubleshoot production issues and support root cause analysis
-Participate in project planning and status reporting
Required Profile:
Mandatory:
-Proven experience in the banking industry
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
Familiarity with core banking systems or transaction processing systems
Language Skills:
-Bilingual (French and English)
