Position Description:

We are looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst with expertise in B2B2C and digital customer journeys to join an international environment. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, structuring requirements, and translating complex business needs into clear business models, capabilities, and functional inputs for transformation teams.

Job responsibilities:
• Analyzing and mapping business processes and digital customer journeys in B2B2C models
• Leading workshops and stakeholder interviews and structuring the information gathered
• Translating business processes into hierarchical capability models, from L1 to L4
• Identifying common business needs as well as justified local variations
• Creating clear process, business, and functional documentation to support project decisions
• Identifying gaps, dependencies, and transition impacts resulting from process standardization and transformation
• Working closely with the Project Manager, Solution Architect, and business and technical stakeholders

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Proven experience as a Senior/Lead Business Analyst
• Experience with B2B2C processes, digital customer journeys, or partner ecosystems
• Experience in business process mapping and capability decomposition, ideally using an L1-L4 model
• Ability to structure incomplete or complex information and turn it into clear business models and decisions
• Experience working in large transformation programs and with diverse stakeholder groups
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to work in an international environment
• Fluent English communication skills
