SAP MDG Technical & Functional Lead

Position Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP MDG Technical & Functional Lead to own the design, evolution and technical delivery of SAP Master Data Governance solutions. The role combines deep hands-on expertise with solution ownership and the ability to translate business requirements into robust, implementation-ready solutions.

Job responsibilities:
• Design, build and evolve SAP MDG solutions based on business requirements and target architecture principles
• Define, review and challenge technical solutions across the SAP MDG landscape, ensuring they are robust, scalable and maintainable
• Lead system integration and data replication topics, including interfaces, APIs and SOAP-based services
• Drive the design and evolution of MDG workflows, governance processes, SAP Fiori components and BRF+ logic
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical designs that can be implemented by delivery teams
• Coordinate technical teams responsible for SAP MDG implementations and enhancements
• Drive changes and enhancements from requirement clarification through design, build and delivery
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, identifying dependencies and driving blockers to resolution

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Strong hands-on experience designing, building and enhancing SAP MDG solutions
• Strong knowledge of SAP data replication and integration patterns, including APIs and SOAP-based services
• Hands-on understanding of SAP MDG workflows, master data governance processes and BRF+
• Experience designing or evolving SAP Fiori components and MDG applications
• Ability to assess solution architecture and constructively challenge technical design decisions
• Experience coordinating or leading technical implementation teams across workstreams or dependencies
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills across business and technical teams
• Very good English communication skills
