Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

We are looking for a Senior Engineer to join our ITAO team, driving key initiatives within our Risk Reduction Program. This role focuses on strengthening security posture, ensuring compliance, and enabling scalable, secure platforms across our application landscape.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in enterprise IT governance, information security, and risk & control frameworks, with a hands-on approach to execution and transformation.

Key Responsibilities
. Execute risk reduction initiatives across PlatformNow applications
. Drive implementation and onboarding for critical security and compliance controls, including:
. On-prem to GCP Artifactory migration
. Central Identity Administration and Central ALM solutions
. CertHub onboarding and certificate compliance
. Encryption in transit (mandatory controls)
. Application Penetration Testing (APT)
. Workload Identity Federation (WIF) migration
. Data masking and data protection controls
. 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) onboarding
. Cryptographic key management
. Onboarding to approved/authorized platforms
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure design and implementation
. Identify gaps, track remediation, and ensure closure of risk and audit findings
. Contribute to process standardization and automation to scale risk reduction efforts
. Provide governance, reporting, and stakeholder updates on control implementation

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must to have skills:

. Strong experience in Information Security, IT Governance, and Risk Management
. Hands-on exposure to security controls implementation in enterprise environments
. Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably GCP) and migration initiatives
. Understanding of identity & access management, encryption, and certificate lifecycle management
. Experience with application security testing and vulnerability management
. Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and drive initiatives end-to-end
. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Good to have :

. Basic understanding or exposure to ServiceNow (preferred, not mandatory)
. Experience working with platform applications (e.g., ServiceNow ecosystem)
. Knowledge of automation and DevSecOps practices
