Position Description:
The main responsibility of IT Continuity Analyst is to manage the IT Continuity and the IT Resilience of Wealth Management (WM) IT assets.
The incumbent will work hand in hand with the IT Development teams and IT Production teams as an enabler and a facilitator. More globally, the incumbent will work closely with Wealth Management ICRO (IT Continuity & Resilience Officer) and Wealth Management ITRO (IT Risk Officer)

Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Manage the IT Continuity and the IT Resilience of WM IT Assets
• Ensure that IT Continuity Classification for each asset is well assessed by IT owner and consistent with Business continuity needs
• Make sure IT Continuity plans (IC Plans) are completed and comply with Group Requirements for each IT Asset.
• Make sure that backup and restoration process and operational procedures are well documented as well enforced
• Make sure IT Disaster Recovery exercises are scheduled, driven and reported by IT Production teams.
• Follow-up post-DR exercise action plans
• Report, Communicate and cooperate with stakeholders.
• Report on a regular basis to senior management on the progress of IT continuity classification of IT assets, the implementation of required solutions, regular DR exercises and remediation projects.
• Report on IT GRC tool completeness and accuracy (i.e. coverage level and data quality issues).
• Provide metrics and presentation material to WM IT Risk, Cybersecurity and IT Continuity committees.
• Take part in the awareness and training activities, i.e. keeping documentation up to date, producing training material and animating training sessions
• Coordinate with the Group IT Continuity & Resilience office.
• Contribute to responses to requests from regulators, partners and customers in terms of IT Continuity and Resilience, or when requested by the Group
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Technical skills:
• Language: English (mandatory), French appreciated
• Certification: CCRP, CRISC, ISO 22301, ISO 27001 - Not mandatory but strongly recommended
• IT Continuity & Resilience - Mastery
• IT Production (backup/restoration) - Expert
• IT Architecture - Practice

• Cyber Security - Practice
