Position Description:
Facilitating ART Events & Processes
• Organize and facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning events.
• Ensure that teams follow SAFe practices and Lean-Agile principles.
• Manage and optimize the flow of value through the ART.
• Track and communicate ART progress via reports, dashboards, and metrics.
• Help teams manage dependencies and risks across the ART.
2. Coaching & Mentoring
• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile Teams on SAFe principles.
• Foster Lean-Agile mindset and continuous improvement culture.
• Facilitate Inspect & Adapt (I&A) workshops for ART improvement.
3. Risk & Impediment Management
• Identify and address impediments affecting ART performance.
• Escalate and resolve cross-team dependencies and blockers.
• Ensure ART execution aligns with business objectives.
4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
• Work with Product Management, System Architects, and Business Owners.
• Align ART work with strategic goals and OKRs (Objectives & Key Results).
• Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
5. Continuous Improvement & Innovation
• Encourage teams to implement agile best practices.
• Drive improvements in flow efficiency, cycle time, and delivery predictability.
• Promote DevOps, Continuous Integration (CI), and Continuous Deployment (CD) practices.
6. Metrics & Performance Tracking
• Define and track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for ART success.
• Use lean portfolio metrics to measure value delivery.
• Analyze and optimize ART performance using flow-based and outcome-based metrics.
7. Change Management & Agile Transformation
• Lead and support agile transformation initiatives.
• Implement SAFe practices at the program and enterprise level.
• Act as a change agent to improve team dynamics and execution.
