Functional Analyst

Are you passionate about bridging business needs and technology? We are looking for a Functional Analyst to translate requirements into clear, actionable solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders and development teams to ensure that every feature delivers real business value.

Your role in our team
• Analyze Business Requirements: Gather, document, and validate functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Bridge Business & IT: Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
• Process Modeling: Design workflows, use cases, and data models to support solution architecture.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure accurate implementation.
• Support Testing: Assist in creating test scenarios and validating deliverables against requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize processes and enhance system functionality.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear updates and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

How you strengthen our team
• Experience as a Functional Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of business processes and IT systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus.
