Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 03 years of relevant experience.
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking activities. The primary responsibility of this role will be managing financial data, preparing reports, and conducting analysis using advanced Excel tools to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
Prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts in coordination with business stakeholders
Track actuals vs budget/forecast and perform variance analysis
Support rolling forecasts and financial re-planning cycles
Analyze revenue, cost, margin, and project-level financial performance
Excel-Based Reporting & Data Management
Develop and maintain advanced Excel models (Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex formulas, dashboards)
Consolidate data from multiple sources to create accurate financial reports
Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reports
Project & PMO Support
Monitor project budgets and financial health
Support financial governance and cost control processes
Prepare weekly/monthly performance summaries for senior management
Maintain trackers for revenue, resource allocation, and project profitability
Stakeholder Coordination
Work closely with finance, delivery managers, and business heads
Provide insights and analysis to support decision-making
Assist in management reviews and leadership presentations
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
3–5 years of experience in PMO, FP&A, or financial analysis
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
Advanced formulas (INDEX-MATCH/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF logic)
Pivot Tables and dashboards
Data modeling and forecasting techniques
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in budgeting and forecasting cycles
Exposure to financial systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Knowledge of Power BI or similar visualization tools (good to have)
