Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain the organization's data architecture framework.
• Design and implement scalable and efficient data models to meet business requirements.
• Provide leadership in defining data storage, integration, and processing solutions.
• Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
• Define and implement data quality standards and processes.
• Contribute to the development of the overall data strategy.
• Work closely with business leaders to understand data needs and align data solutions with organizational objectives.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and trends in data management.
• Lead the design and implementation of data integration solutions.
• Oversee the development of Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to ensure efficient data movement.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Professional experience in data architecture or a related role.
• Expertise in data modeling, database design, and data warehousing principles.
• Proficiency in database management systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
• Extensive experience with data integration tools and ETL processes.
• In-depth knowledge of data governance, compliance, and security best practices.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as SQL, Python, or Java.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of data professionals.
• Relevant certifications in data architecture or related fields (e.g., Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), TOGAF, or equivalent).
• Bachelor's in Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.

We are seeking individuals with expertise in IT architect-related functions, but licensure from an architect regulator is not a prerequisite for this position.
