Business Operations Manager-IT Outsourcing

Position Description:

We are seeking a Business Operations Manager (BOM) to join our IT outsourcing account governance team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth execution of contractual obligations, performance reporting, and operational governance. The BOM ensures that what is written in the contract is effectively translated into day-to-day service delivery processes.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

. Implement and oversee processes, SLAs, and KPIs defined in outsourcing contracts.
. Monitor vendor performance, ensuring compliance with reporting obligations and governance cadence.
. Align internal stakeholders (delivery, finance, HR, legal) to ensure obligations are consistently met.
. Produce and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
. Escalate risks and non-compliance, supporting resolution and mitigation.
. Support contract renewals, amendments, and operational readiness for changes.
. Drive operational improvements and efficiency across service delivery.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. 7+ years of experience in IT service management, vendor management, or operational governance.
. Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management frameworks.
. Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience in performance dashboards.
. Excellent organizational and process discipline.
. Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement at multiple levels.

Preferred

. ITIL certification.
. Experience in large-scale IT outsourcing or managed services.
. Background in contract compliance or business operations.
