Position Description:
This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our client office at a minimum 4 days per week - subject to change at any time.
We are seeking a ServiceNow professional who will design, develop, and implement solutions that enhance enterprise workflows. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
ServiceNow Development & Customization
• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across modules such as Service Catalog, Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, and Service Portal.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications to meet organizational needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Develop new functionalities using Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
Administration & Platform Management
• Perform server installation, configuration, platform upgrades, instance cloning, and performance optimization for reliability and efficiency.
• Manage Import Sets for data loading from external sources.
Solution Design & Implementation
• Gather requirements from stakeholders, translate them into design models, and oversee implementation in collaboration with developers.
• Align ServiceNow modules with Service Portfolio Management strategies for comprehensive service lifecycle visibility.
Agile & Quality Practices
• Work in Agile environments, applying Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Conduct unit testing and support UAT phases.
Strategic Problem Solving
• Analyze business requirements and design tailored ServiceNow solutions that integrate seamlessly with enterprise workflows.
Documentation & Collaboration
• Maintain technical documentation and collaborate using JIRA/JTMF and Confluence platforms.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Mandatory Certifications:
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
Technical Expertise:
• Extensive experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Strong knowledge of Service Catalog, Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge Management, HR Case Management, and Service Portal.
• Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript) within ServiceNow environment.
• Experience with Import Sets and data integration.
Process & Methodology:
• Agile development experience and familiarity with TDD principles.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
Analytical & Communication Skills:
• Strong data analysis, data mining, and decision modeling capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and requirement gathering skills.
Tools Knowledge:
• Familiarity with JIRA/JTMF and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.

The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $65,000–$115,000. This role is an existing vacancy."
