Position Description:

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at CGI Office(250 Yonge street)/ or at our client office at a minimum 3 days per week - subject to change at any time. 

Role Summary
We are looking for a Salesforce QA Analyst responsible for validating the quality, functionality, and performance of our Salesforce platform. The role involves hands-on testing of Salesforce configurations, integrations, and user journeys. Exposure to the nCino Bank Operating System is a strong asset.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

.    Create and execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT test cases for Salesforce features and releases.
.    Validate Salesforce configurations (flows, validation rules, Lightning pages, custom objects, Apex logic).
.    Perform end-to-end testing across Salesforce and integrated systems (APIs, middleware, core banking/operations systems).
.    Support automation using Selenium/Provar/Copado (nice to have).
.    Review user stories and acceptance criteria; ensure complete test coverage.
.    Document defects, track them through resolution, and maintain test artifacts in Jira/TestRail/Zephyr.
.    Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with developers, admins, and product owners.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

.    3–7 years of QA experience with at least 2+ years in Salesforce testing.
.    Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative components.
.    Experience testing Lightning Experience, flows, and LWC-driven UI behaviours.
.    Familiarity with API testing (Postman/ReadyAPI).
.    Automation testing knowledge and experience.
.    Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle, and regression best practices.
.    Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and documentation skills.

Nice to Have – nCino Exposure
.    Understanding of nCino LOS modules (Commercial, SME/Retail Lending, Collateral, Document Manager).
.    Experience testing nCino workflows, loan stages, pipeline management, and document tracking.
.    Familiarity with nCino configuration elements, forms, grids, and packaged functionalities.
.    Automation testing knowledge and experience.

Certifications (Preferred)
.    Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201)
.    ISTQB Foundation Level
.    nCino certification (bonus)
