Position Description:

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Consultant with strong business analysis capabilities to join our team. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective CRM solutions using Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform. You will be part of a multidisciplinary delivery team and contribute to customer projects through functional design, configuration, documentation, testing, and user training.

Your future responsibilities:
• Business requirement analysis and stakeholder interviews.
• Translating business needs into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Facilitating workshops and documenting business processes and use cases.
• Supporting solution validation through testing and user feedback.
• Delivering user training and change management support.
• Collaborating with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment.
• Advising clients on CRM strategy, process optimization, and platform capabilities.

Required qualifications:
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE in a consulting or analyst role.
• Strong understanding of business processes, especially in sales and customer service.
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Knowledge of Dataverse/Common Data Service structure and security.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluent English and Estonian language skills (spoken and written); Finnish skills would be a bonus.
