Position Description:
Location: Preferably based in Montreal or Brossard.
We are seeking an intermediate to senior-level professional to take on the role of Cutover Lead, responsible for planning, coordinating, and tracking cutover activities during IT or ERP project transitions. This role requires strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and proficiency with project tracking tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary Cutover Lead during cutover review meetings (plan follow-ups, take notes, track to-dos).
- Plan and coordinate cutover activities with technical and business teams.
- Launch and monitor cutover activities (update durations, statuses, etc.).
- Prepare and maintain tracking tools (e.g., dashboards, activity triggers, Smartsheet, Google App Script).
- Serve as backup in the absence of a cutover coordinator.
- Manage the development and updates of cutover plans.
- Track retrofit activities.
Profile
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, stakeholders, and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets (Excel), Google Script, MS Project, Smartsheet.
- Autonomy and attention to detail.
- Curiosity and motivation.
- Strong communication and simplification skills.
- Familiarity with IT or ERP project environments.
- Technical resources transitioning into project/cutover management.
- Project Managers.
- Project Control Officers (PCOs).
- Bilingual: French and English
