Communications Lead

Position Description:

As part of  SIMAAS to Entra ID migration, a Communications Manager to support all stakeholders across the India-based project team, US-based portfolio team, and global leadership. Both team members will operate on a UK shift, enabling optimal collaboration windows with all regions and ensuring seamless coordination throughout the migration lifecycle.
Project Objectives
.    Deliver effective change management and communications strategy to ensure a smooth migration experience for technical, business, and end-user stakeholders.
.    Provide real-time support and proactive leadership communication across time zones.
.    Establish resource hubs and reporting tools to track progress and adoption.
