Let's talk about your main mission if you accept it:
- Solvency II Risk evaluation:
- Solvency Solvency II calculations (Pillar 1 quantitative) for several French and non-French legal entities, both AXA and fund business, internal model and standard approach;
- Contribution to Pillar 2 qualitative and Pillar 3 reporting for the various entities. - Operational Risk and ICT Risk:
- Calculation of the operational risk after discussions with all the stakeholders;
- Key risk indicators and Losses follow-up. - Risk Assessment:
- Identification, description and quantification of the different risks. - Performance of 2nd opinion for AXA entities including reporting
- Preparation and presentation of clearance meetings during the risk committee with CEO, CRO and CFO
- Research and development on specific Risk management topics in collaboration with actuarial, finance or other teams
- Training and awareness:
- Train AXA LM employees to develop the Risk Culture - Transversal interactions with:
- International entities: mainly US, UK, and Switzerland
- Finance, Legal, Actuaries and operations teams for the operational risks
- Group Risk Management
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Let's talk about your technical skills:
· Quantitative know-how or first actuarial experience with strong interest to develop Risk management skills;
· Strong analytical skills, modelling skills as a plus;
· Fluent English and ability to work in an international and transversal environment, French or German language as a plus;
· 2- 3 years of experience in an Actuarial or quantitative Risk Management role.
