We are seeking a Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and logistical support to the Deputy Head of AXA IM Alts, member of AXA IM board and AXA IM Alts board and to the head of Impact & Natural Capital, member of AXA IM Alts Board

As a Personal Assistant, you will provide senior-level executive support to the Deputy Head of AXA IM Alts, a member of the AXA IM board and second-in-command of the Alts Business Unit and to the head of Impact & Natural Capital, member of AXA IM Alts Board.
This critical role requires a highly skilled professional who can handle complex administrative and logistical tasks while ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day business activities, a high level of confidentiality and interpersonal soft skills to understand stakeholders and manage priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate business travel: manage complex itineraries, including multi-modal transport and last-minute changes, while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Support hybrid working logistics: oversee room and desk bookings, visitor coordination, catering, and other related tasks.
- Organize events and / or complex meetings.
- Collaborate with global teams: provide seamless support to international offices and teams.
- Manage budgets: track travel and entertainment expenses and maintain budget updates.
- Build relationships: foster strong connections with Executives, internal stakeholders, and the wider PA team.
- Provide PA team coverage: step in during absences or when global stakeholders visit the Paris office.
- Ensure compliance: adhere to internal policies, risk management, and regulatory requirements.

Education / Experience & Competencies
We are looking for a seasoned Personal Assistant with a proven track record in supporting senior executives, ideally in a fast-paced, global business environment.
· Significant experience supporting C-suite executives or board members , ideally within asset management or financial services.
· A confident, assertive approach to managing senior executives’ schedules, with a strong ability to prioritize strategic goals and incoming requests.
· Strong skills in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and hybrid tools (MS Teams, Zoom).
· Exceptional ability to handle multiple tasks, with a keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage tight deadlines.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of seniority in English
· Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.
