Business Rational:

Many innovation initiatives around AI, need for assistance in all tasks in testing AI initiatives.

Description of the department:

Innovation Department reports to Global Chief Operating Officer, Team of 4 people (+ IT, Operations and Project Management available when needed on projects)

The main responsibilities of the role:

• Assist in the development and execution of AI generative projects.
• Collaborate with the team to design and implement experiments, and analyze results of AI applications.
• Contribute to the development of prototypes and proofs of concept around GenAI.
• Assist in the creation of documentation and presentations to communicate project results to stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and generative models, and suggest potential applications for AXA IM.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to share ideas and contribute to the overall direction of the AI Lab.
• Ensure that all work is conducted in a secure and ethical manner, in compliance with AXA IM’s policies and best practices.
• Provide support to the team as needed, including data collection and management, and other administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with external associations (AFG, EFAMA, ISMA, AFTI, etc.) to feed pipeline of innovation/startup
• Bring new ideas, challenge views and produces market research papers for internal usage

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Profile:

·  Master’s degree (final year)
·  Understanding of Asset Management/Financial industry and new trends incl. Tech
·  Key Competencies: ability to work autonomously, curious, collaborative, creative
·  Knowledge in programming is mandatory (Python and/or C#, knowledge with OpenAI and/or Mistral.AI models is a plus)
·  Knowledge in Azure Cloud development is a plus (Azure AI Studio).
