We are looking for a Working Student Multinational Business Excellence, Strategy & Transformation (m/f/d), based in Munich.

The Impact You Will Have   

As a Working Student in the Multinational Business Excellence, Strategy & Transformation Team, you will play an important role in supporting our initiatives and projects. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working alongside industry professionals. 

 

Some of your specific responsibilities could include: 

· 
Contribute to App360 Knowledge Management: Help organize, update, and maintain the App360 knowledge base, making sure key insurance information is current and easily accessible. 

· 
Generate Monthly Reports: Work with the team to create monthly insight reports in Microsoft PowerBI, supporting decision-making processes across the business. 

· 
Manage Meetings and Schedules: Coordinate meetings, track agendas, and ensure schedules run smoothly for team and stakeholder interactions. 

· 
Prepare Presentations: Develop clear and engaging presentations to effectively communicate our strategies, updates, and performance metrics to various audiences. 

 

What You’ll Bring to the Role 

· 
Currently enrolled in a university program, ideally in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field. 

· 
Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail. 

· 
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerBI is a plus. 

· 
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. 

· 
Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively. 

· 
Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. 

· 
Eager to learn, with a proactive attitude toward new challenges and opportunities. 

· 
A willingness to learn and explore how AI can enhance your role and the broader organization is expected. 

 

Further Information: 

· 
Duration at least 6 months - With the possibility of extension for an additional 6 months 

· 
Working hours: 20 hours/week  

· 
Enrollment at the university/college is a prerequisite for the duration of employment.
