We are a leading international IT service provider specializing in digital transformation, cloud services, software development, and IT outsourcing. Our dynamic Tax team closely collaborates with Finance, Controlling, and Business Units to ensure tax compliance and manage risks efficiently
Your Responsibilitie
- Ensure consistent application and monitoring of margins within the Profit centers for intra-group service transactions, especially in the IT services
- Manage and further develop the global transfer pricing system, including documentation requirements in line with OECD guidelines and local regulations (Master File, Local File, CbCR
- Analyze, assess, and document intercompany transactions and intra-group service relationshipsSupport the design, implementation, and monitoring of transfer pricing models—especially in the areas of IT services, IP usage, and cost allocations (e.g., cost sharing, management fees)
- Prepare and review benchmark analyses in collaboration with external service providers
- Assist with tax audits and support in mutual agreement procedures (MAP) and advance pricing agreements (APA)
- Contribute to the automation of transfer pricing processes using tools such as SAP, Alteryx, AI or TP documentation softwar
- Collaborate with Legal, Controlling, Accounting, and Business teams on intercompany contract designMonitor global developments in transfer pricing regulations (e.g., BEPS 2.0, Pillar One/Two
Your Profile:
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Taxation, or a related field
- Solid professional experience in transfer pricing within an international group or consulting fir
- Strong knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and local tax regulation
- Familiarity with IT service models and cost allocation structures is a plusAnalytical mindset, team player, and high level of initiativ
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP); experience with TP software tools is an advantag
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
