What you do

 

  • Improve business systems by delivering precise information on business needs and priorities through the demands management process or any other established corporate procedure.
  • Extract data reports and analyze information to uncover trends, identify system challenges, and reveal opportunities for business enhancement throughout the organization.
  • Offer clear, straightforward advice on technical problems to non-technical audiences and collaborate with key stakeholders to determine how evolving business needs can be met using current solutions.
  • Coordinate test cases for process improvement by collaborating closely with IT Delivery and client business units, thoroughly evaluating potential initiatives, reporting findings, and implementing system changes to enhance efficiency.
  • Lead and assist team members in delivering services centered on customer needs.

 

What you bring

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • At least one year of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with expertise in business process modeling and documentation tools.
  • Proficient in data analysis methods and software.
  • Familiarity with project management frameworks and tools.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
